A recent study showed that 63% of British Adults couldn’t identify half the countries in Europe.

Things got worse. The study also showed that 15% of those polled couldn’t locate Spain, 11% couldn’t find France, and 8% couldn’t even spot Italy!

This got us thinking - could we, or you, do any better?

Well, we’ve found a great little site where you can test how many European countries you can name within 10 minutes (you don’t even have to locate them - it does this for you).

I’ve had a go and am pleased to announce that I got 42 out of 45 (honest) - which I think you’ll agree is not too shabby.

Why not have a go yourself and send us through your scores? No sneaking a peak of a map before you start though - this isn’t a memory test. The winner will receive a warm glow of satisfaction and perhaps a congratulatory message from yours-truely (if their score can be verified by an independent panel of experts).
