Do you know Skopelos?

Skopelos

I’ll be honest, before I worked here I’d never even heard of it, but since then I’ve spent many an hour drooling over our villas in Skopelos - wishing I was holed up in one of our hill-top retreats on this amazing Greek island.

But Skopelos is poised to get a lot more popular. Just as Captain Corelli’s Mandolin made Kefalonia a huge draw with holidayers, The film version of Mamma Mia is soon to be released. Filmed almost entirely in Skopelos, it is already getting rave reviews, for amongst other things, its’ scenery. You can read more of what Skopelos has to offer here.

To become one of our valued contributers, just send your villa holiday review to information@villastogo.com !

Here’s an example of some of the brilliant feedback we’ve already received:

Villa Marachino, Albufeira, Portugal.

“I spent a fantastic 10 days at this villa with my wife, Two teenager daughters and my 6 year old son. The villa was fairly basic but perfectly adequate as a holiday base. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the villa itself and the grounds and pool. The place was looked after by the elderly couple who lived next door. This in itself was great as each day involved an impromptu lesson in Portuguese…”

“…The kids especially enjoyed the pool, which was where we always ended the day. The villa also commands an elevated position and the view out toward the marina was great…”

“…There are some brilliant activities all within easy driving distance, notable ones were the aqua park at Lagos? and the go-cart track at Amasil??, possibly the wrong locations but you will pick up plenty activity brochures in the town. All in all the was a great holiday, everything ran smoothly and I was very pleased with the service I received from “Villas to go” and would recommend them to all and use again…”
