Only recently, prior to booking, a client asked us to check that low-sodium water was available in the resort nearest their villa, so we sent one of our reps out to the closest supermarket to check that their preferred bottled water was stocked!

Our reps have also perfected the sniff test - when one of our clients wanted to book a villa near a fabulous restaurant but wanted to know whether the aromas wafted into the villa, we sent one of our reps over to the property during restaurant hours to perform a smell analysis for them!
