On entering the villa there is a large lounge with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and CD player and dining area.
Doors lead out on to a covered terrace and the large terrace where the private swimming pool and BBQ are situated.

Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, hob and oven, fridge freezer and microwave.

On this floor you will also find a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Upper Floor

Stairs take you to the upper floor where you will find two further bedrooms one double with full size family bathroom with hydro massage bath and access to a large south facing terrace overlooking the pool area and a twin bedroom with separate full size family bathroom.

Additional Information

Please note this villa has a SUNDAY changeover in the summer months April to October. Should you wish a different day our sales staff will be happy to request this for you.

If the dates you require are not available please contact our sales team as a similar property may be available.

Cleaning and towels and linen change once a week.

Extra cleaning is available at a supplement payable locally.

Please note that Casa En Medio is next to Casa Flamenco should two families wish to travel together.

Air conditioning will be available for the 2012 season. £60 per week supplement.
